Delivery Terms

• Free Delivery: Orders over £50.00 (UK Mainland only, next business day)

• Standard Delivery (UK Mainland):
  • Under £50.00: estimated 48 hours (business days) with tracking, £5.50.

• Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland):
  • Under £50.00: choose option at checkout, £8.50.

• Highlands & Islands (Scotland): choose option at checkout, £15.00.

• Free Delivery Exceptions: Not available for Europe, Worldwide, or Scottish Highlands & Islands.

• Business Days: Monday - Friday (excluding weekends, bank holidays).

• Order Processing:
  • Orders after 12:00 pm Monday-Friday: dispatched next working day.
  • Orders on Friday: dispatched following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Weekend Orders: dispatched following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

• Remote Areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands & Islands: + 24-48 hours delivery (affected by weather/holidays).

• Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland): Available, select option at checkout.
